Unfinished Leather-Natural, unpainted and untreated, darkens naturally

Unfinished Leather-Natural, unpainted and untreated, darkens naturally

Water and Stain Protectors may darken this type of leather, but so will any type of moisture and light... it's the nature of the leather. We recommend Garde by Apple Polish.
There is no way to completely prevent stains, but Leather Care by Apple Polish will prevent drying and cracking and will help maintain your article's supple texture, as well as make it water and stain resistant.

Leather Care Apple Polish is the answer

The Medium Mediums-Smooth leathers that are not quite pastel (Charcoal, Royal Blue, Beige, etc...)

CAUTION: The lighter a leather, the more difficult scuff repairs are (see Scuff Repairs), and the more important a good Water and Stain Protector is. Areas which have darkened cannot be lightened by Polish (see Color Restoration)

When you buy any leather article, always coat it with Water and Stain Protector before you use it even once. It will guard against moisture stains and soil. We recommend Garde by Apple Polish.

Desalter will remove those white, powdery salt stains that are a result of winter/wet weather. Simply rub the article down with the Desalter, using a clean cloth, and let it dry at room temperature.

Spot Remover must be used periodically to remove polish and soil build-up. Apply with a clean cloth, then leave the article to dry naturally.

Shoes can be conditioned and their color renewed with the appropriate color cream Polish. Other articles should be conditioned with a neutral cream or lotion that will not stain clothing. Polish cream should be applied and massaged into the leather with a soft cloth.

Finally, the article should be buffed with a Shine Cloth for that finished look.
